Insects
An insect is an invertebrate animal from the class Insecta (also known as Hexapoda), defined by a three-part body (head, thorax, and abdomen), an exoskeleton, three pairs of jointed legs on the thorax, and usually a pair of antennae. They are the largest and most diverse group of arthropods, found in nearly every habitat on Earth.
